   Sure, indeed that`s correct! Yes, the UK & US also have – collective responsibilty – for ‘participating in and ignoring’crimes depicted in Te Act of Killing.
   The Kennedy`s,in memoriam, The Governments, The Army & the Allies had given the General Act or the decisions in 1945. And by the way, before that & afterwards…1963 !!!
